PhylomeDB V4 released

The new version of PhylomeDB has been released. Version 4  

 PhylomeDB was first published in 2007 in NAR Database issue, and the last update paper was submitted thre years ago. Since then a big increase in the contained data (seven fold increase in the number of phylomes, trees and alignments), and major changes in the database backend and layout have happened.
